NCC is selling Company House IV, the last office property in Delta Park, Vallensbaek just outside Copenhagen, for nearly €32.5m (SEK 340m). The asset comprises c.12,000m², of which c.10,500m² is office space. The property is 74% let to a range of tenants including Orkla Foods. The area enjoys easy access by the public and private transport and benefits from close proximity to Kastrup airport. The property is expected to be certified DGNB Gold.
