NAMI-AEW acquires a Brussels office building for €54m (BE)

NAMI - AEW Europe announces, on behalf of OPCI Franceurope Immo, that it has acquired the Louise Center office building in Brussels, from AXA Investment Managers, for an overall amount of approximately €54m. The 16.146 m² asset is ideally located in the heart of Brussels, on the prestigious Louise Avenue and offers a multitude of services nearby: shops, cultural spaces, hotels, restaurants, administrative services, school or sports activities and access to public transport.

 

The Louise Centre, an emblematic building, has been fully renovated in a contemporary high standard in 2014, before being labelled BREEAM "excellent". The new façade contributes to greater visibility and gives a strong identity to the asset which includes optimized, modern and flexible work spaces.

 

The property current occupancy is 90% with over 30 tenants, including The United Nations, Tribes business center or Altavia.
