The Global RLI Awards annually recognize and celebrate the most innovative and imaginative retail and leisure concepts from across the globe.
In her opening speech, RLI Publisher Jayne Rafter said: "This is an industry that has always thrown challenges at our feet, but there are also many wonderful opportunities to be had, and I firmly believe that ours is an industry that sets the benchmark in terms of vision, innovation and achievement."
Paul Sargent, Managing Director of Multi Development UK said "We are pleased to have gained this recognition especially in the current economic circumstances." The Winner of the 2010 Global RLI Awards, Developer of the Year, Sponsored by Design International: Multi Corporation, was selected from a shortlist that included Westfield and Land Securities.
