Tesco Stores CR and Tesco Holdings, which already owned 50% of Forum Liberec shopping center, signed a contract on August 19, 2011, with Multi Development to purchase the remaining 50% for an undisclosed price. Tesco Group thus becomes the sole owner of the shopping center.

Forum Liberec opened in spring 2009.
Forum Liberec contains 45,000 m² of retail, 3,000 m² of offices, 14 apartments, and a parking garage for 850 cars.
The center is located in the middle of downtown Liberec, a city in the north of the Czech Republic and was opened in spring 2009.
Multi Development was responsible for the design and development of the center and will continue to operate Forum Liberec through its management company Multi Mall Management.
