Montabaur The Style Outlets joins NEINVER’s European outlet brand (DE)

Neinver has added Fashion Outlet Montabaur to its European platform The Style Outlets ten months after assuming management of the German centre. The company thus continues the expansion strategy of its brand The Style Outlets, which now has 11 centres in 6 European countries, totalling 225,000 m² of GLA.

 

Montabaur The Style Outlets enjoys a strategic location between Cologne and Frankfurt, with a catchment area of 17.5 million people within a 90-minute drive. The centre has 13,900 m² of GLA and more than 70 top brands such as Diesel, Desigual, Guess, Luisa Cerano, Levi’s, Marc O’Polo, Nike, Samsonite, Fossil and Tommy Hilfiger, with a 98% occupancy rate.
