The Office Campus Hardenburch offers high quality office space in seven office buildings, with currently a 95% occupancy rate. The total lettable floor area is 12,324 m² and in the central parking garage 146 parking spaces are offered. The selling price was not revealed.
The Office Campus Hardenburch is located in Rijswijk-Plaspoelpolder, the largest business location in Rijswijk, in the greater The Hague area. The area offers an outstanding combination of good accessibility with the allure of various multinational companies in the direct neighbourhood, a.o. Shell and Atos Origin.
