Mindshare chooses Central Saint Giles for flagship headquarters (UK)

Legal & General Property and Mitsubishi Estate Company have exchanged contracts with media agency Mindshare to take 78,000 ft² (7,250 m²) at their Central Saint Giles development in central London.

Central Saint Giles consists of approx. 37,000 m² of Grade A office space, 56 private apartments, 53 affordable homes and nine new restaurants and café bars.



The vibrantly colored Central Saint Giles, designed by Renzo Piano, is an exemplar of excellence in office-led, mixed-use development consisting of approx. 37,000 m² of Grade A office space, 56 private apartments, 53 affordable homes and nine new restaurants and café bars arranged around a new courtyard piazza.

Mindshare is a subsidiary of global marketing communications powerhouse WPP. Mindshare is taking 7,250 m² on the seventh and eighth floors at Central Saint Giles. Rental details were not disclosed.

Simon Wilkes, Head of Development at Legal & General Property said: "This is a significant milestone for the Central Saint Giles Partnership. Mitsubishi Estate Company UK Managing Director Masami Amano said: "Central Saint Giles is one of London's great buildings and we are delighted Mindshare has chosen the building for its headquarters. Since the launch of Central Saint Giles in May we have seen a surge in interest from potential occupiers and we expect to be able to report further office lettings shortly."

Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle are advising on Central Saint Giles and James Andrew International is acting for Mindshare.
