MEAG is leasing 6,200 m² in its Paris Eight property to the international legal firm Norton Rose. The office building Paris Eight is situated at 40 Rue de Courcelles in Paris's 8th arrondissement (CBD). The lease agreement with Norton Rose is the largest to be concluded in the 'Triangle D'Or' of Paris, and the second largest in the CBD in the last year.
Paris Eight contains a total of 18,000 m² of rentable office space on its eight floors. After its elaborate renovation, the property is now ready to face the competition for tenants with a modern and innovative design.
