Precision Point consists of seven floors of offices.

The new 95,000 ft² (approx. 8,825-m²) grade-A Precision Point office block, designed by MAP Architects consists of seven floors of offices and has 57 car parking spaces which are split over two levels, lower ground and upper ground. The adjacent 229-bedroom Jury's Inn Hotel opened in June 2009.

Alder King and Knight Frank are advising McAleer & Rushe on delivering a pre-let. Alder King partner James Gregory said: "McAleer & Rushe worked very closely with the council to deliver the Jury's Inn Hotel which has been an important boost to the regeneration of Swindon. This new office scheme will add to this by creating the kind of new product Swindon needs to attract new employers and create a dynamic office market."

Knight Frank partner Tony Nicholas added: "Swindon is an attractive location for corporates as it is strategically located along the M4 corridor just 70 miles from London and on only 40 miles from Bristol. This new office scheme is a major boost for the town though because it can be delivered quickly. Swindon currently has a very limited supply of good quality office stock."
