Maxime Xantippe will be appointed Managing Director and together with Cedric Mali and Maxime Kumpen they will form Catella Property Benelux's new Management Team.
Maxime Xantippe has been with CBRE for seven years holding the position of Managing Partner, leading the investment department. He started his career in the corporate banking department of ING and has been active in the real estate sector for the last 10 years. Maxime Xantippe will be appointed Managing Director and Managing Partner at Catella Property Benelux.
Maxime Kumpen will be appointed to the position of Managing Partner at Catella Property Benelux. He has been with CBRE for four years and most recently as Partner in the investment department. Maxime Kumpen started his career at Ashurst, the international law firm and thereafter joined Jones Lang LaSalle.
Over the last few years, both have been closely involved in the majority of the large transactions that have been executed in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Cédric Mali, Head of Letting & Sales at Catella Property Benelux, will be appointed Managing Partner. He has been at Catella for eight years and has effectively built Catella's strong position on the Benelux property market.
Until Maxime Xantippe has started in his new role Stéphane Guyot-Sionnest will continue to act as temporary Managing Director and after that he will continue as a member of the board of Catella Property Belgium.
