Marriott International has acquired the 4-Star Marriott Hotel in Berliner Strasse in Munich from The Blackstone Group. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels advised the Blackstone Group on the sale.
The 348-room hotel opened in 1990 and is strategically located in the north of Munich, near Parkstadt Schwabing. The Blackstone Group purchased the property in 2003 and Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels advised the original vendor on this sale.
