Marina Usenko, formerly Senior Vice President, has been promoted to Executive Vice President. She remains the head of the Russian/CIS team of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels that provides a full range of hotel-related investment advisory services.
Marina joined the Moscow office of Jones Lang LaSalle in 1996 and was instrumental in setting up the consulting and valuation practice of the firm. Her transfer from the Strategic Consulting department to the Hotels team in late 2004 marked establishment of the full-service hotel team which currently has 11 full-time employees focusing on Advisory, Research, and Capital Markets activities.
Marina is a graduate of the Far Eastern State University (Vladivostok) and holds Master's degrees in Urban Planning and Business Administration (Finance, Real Estate) from the University of Cincinnati.
