After four years with the prestigious Danish investment firm Victoria Properties, Marc Wiese (aged 42) will transfer into the management board of Sanus AG, a Berlin-based real estate company, as at September 1, 2011.

With the appointment of Marc Wiese as CEO, the board will gain a proven market and real estate expert with international experience. Following a variety of executive positions with companies such as GSW and BauBeCon, among others, Wiese a trained estate agent was appointed National Director for Asset Management & Investment at Victoria Properties in Copenhagen.
"I very much look forward to returning to my hometown of Berlin, and to playing an active part in the city's booming real estate market rather than watching it from the sidelines," said Wiese.
"The idea is to use my international experience in the residential sector to further hone and expand the profile of Sanus AG. This will involve new properties for the private housing market as well as new real estate investment products for institutional investors."
Wiese will succeed the incumbent CEO, Dr. Siegfried Nehls, who will transfer into the supervisory board of Sanus AG as at September 1, 2011.
