Leading building surveying firm Malcolm Hollis has moved to new and larger premises in central Madrid.

Due to rapid growth within its business, Malcolm Hollis has moved from Paseo de la Castellana to Calle Arrieta, 7, 4a 28013, Madrid. The new spacious premises provide the firm with additional capacity to grow its team further and increase its service offering in Spain.

Malcolm Hollis officially opened an office in Madrid in September 2015 and has expanded its team to six personnel in less than two years.

The firm in Spain has also expanded its service provision and now has specialists measured surveys, in addition to its original core service offering of project management, technical due diligence, building surveys, mechanical and electrical engineering and development monitoring.

Commenting John Watson, partner, Malcolm Hollis in Madrid, says: "We are delighted with how quickly we have been able to expand our business since opening less than two years ago. The new premises will allow us to further grow our team and the range of services we can offer our clients. Our measured survey team are experienced in 3d laser scanning techniques, often used for scan2BIM which we are very excited about. We are currently working on a variety of projects including development monitoring, residential projects, cost planning, technical due diligence portfolio work, schedules of condition and design and project management of acoustic/lighting improvements to an office. With such a remarkable start to 2017, we are confident about what the rest of the year brings."
