Major agreement between Colliers International and BVIC on new Athens Votanikos mall (GR)

The Athens-based and publically traded development company, Babis Vovos International Construction (BVIC), has announced a new co-operation and advisory agreement with Colliers International. The new agreement covers BVIC's new shopping center in the Votanikos area of Athens. Colliers International will be advising Athens' largest commercial developer with tenant mix, rent levels, leasing and other related services.

The new shopping center is being built on a 43,213 m² of land and will have a total built-up area (TBA) of 69,100 m². It will also feature three underground car-parking levels with 2,307 parking spaces. It is due to open in the fall of 2009.
