M.Video signed a long-term lease agreement for 11,300 m² in the Belaya Dacha Logopark class-A warehouse facility. International consulting company Colliers International represented the landlord in this deal. The agreement is signed for six years.

Belaya Dacha Logopark is located in the city of Kotelniki.
M.Video is going to use the leased premises for accommodation of its unit responsible for home appliances delivery from all Russia's regions, as well as for their storage and repair.
Belaya Dacha Logopark is located on a 30-ha plot in the city of Kotelniki, Moscow Region. The total warehouse space is 147,000 m². This is a joint project between Hines development company and Belaya Dacha Group of Companies. Hines also provides property management services for the logistics facility.
