Loyens & Loeff advises in biggest ever Dutch CMBS transaction (NL)

Loyens & Loeff has acted as legal adviser to FGH Bank in the biggest ever CMBS transaction in the Netherlands, Skyline 2007. The portfolio is extremely diverse, consisting of a large number of underlying commercial property loans involving more than 4,500 collaterized securities.

This CMBS (Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities) transaction – completed in June 2007 and one of the biggest European commercial property transactions – is a first for FGH Bank which, in this way, hopes to manage its economic capital efficiently and attain further growth. Forming part of Rabo Bouwfonds, an international property company of the Rabobank Group, FGH Bank specializes in commercial property finance.

The Loyens & Loeff team was made up of attorneys Mariëtte van 't Westeinde, Karina Reuder, Sandy van der Schaaf and Bas van Halder.
