The site previously housed a combined 55,277 m² warehouse unit, split into three bays. The middle unit will be redeveloped, raising the eaves height and adding an extra 4,645 m² of Grade A warehouse space to accommodate XPO’s new business contracts.
Works are due to complete in January 2018.
