Colliers International (CI) in Latvia acted as an intermediary in the lease by 'SIA Mobil Plus ADV' of premises of 4,400 m² at ELIPSE BLC, Business and Logistics Center in the business park of Riga International Airport.

More than 90% of leased out premises in the Business and Logistics Center, which was commissioned in the beginning of 2009, shows that our center satisfies the requirements for warehousing; moreover during this difficult period energy-saving technologies will save our tenants up to 50% of heating expenses. The Colliers International team conceptualizes the oneness of our center and supported us in a very professional manner".
Mobil Plus ADV Managing Director comments: "We were looking for a new and modern warehouse premises from 2008. It was very important for us to have modern premises next to our old warehouse to keep staff steady and unchangeable. ELIPSE BLC fulfilled our requirements completely."
Mr. Eriks Bergmans, Colliers International commercial real estate consultant who has represented ELIPSE BLC in the negotiations said that CI special approach and awareness helped to attract the client. The transaction was concluded in six months. The main advantages of the logistics center were that it is one of the most up-to-date logistics centre in the Baltic States which uses energy saving technologies (SOLAR WALL®) to reduce the operation costs as well as an increasingly attractive location for commercial development.
