Letting success for Allianz in Helsinki (FI)

Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH has let approximately 65% of its office building at Eteläesplanadi 2 in the center of Finland's capital Helsinki to Attorneys at Law Borenius.

In addition, the law firm has secured an option for another 9% (approx. 1,000 m²) of the office space. The current tenant UPM will be leaving at the end of 2013, after which the building will be extensively refurbished. Attorneys at Law Borenius will then move into the newly refurbished premises of around 7,000 m² in size on September 1, 2014.

Established in 1911, Borenius is one of the largest and oldest law firms in Finland, which specializes in all areas of corporate law.
