Lend Lease has announced the appointment of Kevin Chapman as UK Head of Offices. Kevin will join the company in early May.

Kevin joins from German property company Garbe Group and brings many years of experience in the central London office market. He was previously UK Property Director at CLS Holdings plc, following over 12 years at consultant Nelson Bakewell (now part of Capita Symonds).
Richard Cable, Managing Director of Development EMEA, said: "We are delighted to welcome Kevin into the team to lead the positioning and promotion of our office led projects in the UK. Working with our joint venture partners, we have 4 million ft² of new office space to deliver at The International Quarter at Stratford City following the Olympics in 2012 and more than 3.5 million ft² at Greenwich Peninsula."
