Lehto Asunnot Oy, a fully owned subsidiary of Lehto Group, has signed an agreement to build and sell a residential property portfolio consisting of 542 apartments to DWS. The portfolio comprises six assets located in Espoo, Turku, Kirkkonummi, Riihimaki and Jyvaskyla in Finland. Some of the buildings are already under construction and with the entire portfolio expected to be completed by 2019-2020. The parties have agreed to keep the transaction value confidential.
