The course of Leading Cities Invest for the year 2017 has been set for growth. The cash flows raised by the CashCall made in March will be used to purchase the Campus E building complex in Munich. The main tenant of the 7-story office building, including cafeteria, storage facilities and underground parking is the "City Hall for IT" in the Bavarian state capital Munich. Further tenants of the approximately 9000 m² office space include Telefónica Germany and the Japanese pharmaceutical company Astellas Pharma. The building also offers 87 parking spaces. The distinctive office building located at Georg-Brauchle-Ring is within easy reach of the Munich underground. It has been agreed to keep the sales price confidential.

After the purchase of this, the 11th object for the fund, the next CashCall for the next purchase, this time in Belgium, has already been made, which means with these two new acquisitions the Leading Cities Invest, with a performance target of above 3% per year, will almost double its property volume in the second quarter of 2017.

In its third full business year (31 December, 2016), the Leading Cities Invest at 3.1%, once more achieved its performance target for investors. Early May, therefore, saw a payout of 3.25 euros per share. Investors who have held investments since July 2013 have already achieved an investment success of 9.8 %. The fund is invested in five locations, Hamburg, Paris, Brussels, Frankfurt am Main and Munich.

LCI takes advantage of the potential of large metropolises. The fund management meets the high competition for quality real estate, which continues to prevail in the current economic climate, with well-thought-out and targeted purchases of smaller pieces of real estate in attractive locations. Relevant investment objects are successfully subjected to the research and portfolio models developed by KanAm Grund; namely the C-SCORE MODEL to select appropriate leading cities as investment locations and the Property Selection Model (PSM) to determine the best real estate investments. This enables Leading Cities Invest to offer the best possible potential returns backed by a property selection based on facts and data. As a new generation open-end real estate fund, the LCI is, for the first time, resistant to the shock of unforeseen returns of shares and offers more security and equal rights for all investors.
