ING Real Estate is pleased to announce the appointment of Laurent Babelon Acquisition Director France as of 1 October 2006. In this role he will be responsible for all acquisitions in France and will lead the acquisition team of ING Real Estate Investment Management in Paris.
Laurent Babelon (50) has a solid background in implementing investment strategies with a number of institutional investors. He joins ING Real Estate Investment Management from Aareal France, where he was responsible for asset an acquisition management. Prior to that, he worked for other institutional investors, such as IXIS AEW, A3C and ISM.
In his new role, Mr. Babelon will report to Will Rawson, head of European Acquisitions ING Real Estate Investment Management.
