LaSalle completes major new development in Slough (UK)

LaSalle Investment Management has opened Windsor House, a new 98,830 ft² (9,150 m²) HQ office accommodation located in Slough town center. The eight floor development, which was built in partnership with Green Property, includes four pipe fan coil air-conditioning, raised floors, suspended ceiling with metal ceiling tiles, LG7 compliant lighting and 192 on site car parking spaces.

Windsor House will form part of LaSalle Investment Management's UK Ventures Fund.

Rosie Hillier, UK Ventures Fund, LaSalle Investment Management said, "We are delighted with the exceptional quality of Windsor House and are confident that the high specification of the development, the town centre location and the far reaching views over Surrey and Berkshire from the office floors will help to attract good early interest in the scheme."

Michael Tapp, Green Property said, "Windsor House offers an occupier a rare commodity: a 100,000 ft² office scheme in the heart of a Thames Valley town with a good on site car parking ratio. The development is within walking distance of the town center offering a wide variety of retail amenities, coupled to the excellent public transport provided by Slough main line rail station and bus station.
"In addition, Windsor House is highly visible from the M4 and will provide excellent corporate prominence and signage. We are quoting a rental of £29.50/ft² per annum exclusive, reflecting the high quality of the development."

Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank are joint letting agents.
