Following the purchase of Megaló shopping center in Chieti by the ECE European Prime Shopping Center Fund, ECE Italia has appointed Larry Smith as Co-Property Manager.
Larry Smith has studied, leased and managed Megaló since its opening in 2005 and is looking forward to working closely with Sandra Oertel, the newly appointed ECE center manager.
Larry Smith is very proud of this appointment, both as recognition of the work accomplished in the past years, as well as the unique opportunity to work with one of the leading companies in the shopping center industry.
Larry Smith believes that by learning and putting into practice ECE's methods and procedures, which have proven successful across Europe, they will be able to increase their standard of services and better satisfy clients and tenants.
At the same time, ECE's entrance into Italy can offer an unmatched opportunity to those domestic retail companies that are looking towards a pan-European expansion. ECE currently has a portfolio of 16 centers under development and 140 under management representing a total of 4.4 million m² of sales area.
