Designer Outlet Croatia, the largest designer outlet in the region has announced that it's opening has been scheduled for June 2018. The joint project of IKEA Centers, MUTSCHLER Outlet Hoding Group and ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, it is located in the south-east of Zagreb adjacent to the A3/E71, Ivanja Reka A4/E71 junction.
The additional anchor IKEA Zagreb (Hrvatska) opened earlier, in August 2014 and attracts 1.5m visitors annually. The IKEA store with 38,000 m² rental space is one of the biggest in Europe and in the world.
In combination with 25,000 m² discounted luxury space at the Designer Outlet Croatia and an additional secondary retail space of 30,000 m², including a DIY and a hypermarket retail park as well as fast food area are part of the scheme. A unique one-stop shopping destination, The Designer Outlet Croatia will be built in a premium village architecture and offers more than 4,000 parking places.
