Land Securities announces it has appointed Dominic O'Rourke as the new "Head of Retail Warehousing" with responsibility for the £2.3bn retail warehouse portfolio of 30 parks across the UK.
Dominic will lead a six strong internal team, which includes the recent appointment of two new portfolio managers, Stephanie Shea and Susie Clay. Reporting to Richard Akers, Managing Director of Land Securities Retail, Dominic will join the existing retail management team of Mark Ashton, Peter Cleary, Bob de Barr and replace Roland Nevett upon his retirement in January 2007.
