Property consultants Leach & Lang have brokered the sale of a 4-ha development plot (formerly a coach depot) on ul. Cystersow in Krakow.
Inter-bud has bought the site from its unnamed Irish owner for approx. PLN 40 mln. (approx. 10 mln.). Around 60,000 m² of sellable space can be developed on the land according to the current master plan for the area.
