La Française REM announced that it has acquired the Le Kappa office building in Saint Ouen (Paris region) for its SCPI fund from HECF (Hines Pan-European Core Fund) for €85 mln.
The office complex was designed by Reichen-Robert & Partners and completed in 2008. The Kappa building is situated in the center of the big renovation project Zac des Docks and comprises 15,927 m² of office space as well as 334 underground parking spaces. The building is currently leased to Alstom Transports as part of a long term rental agreement.
