Kungsleden unveils new office project in Malmo (SE)

Kungsleden has unveiled that it has leased more than half of its upcoming project office projects Eden by Kungsleden. Located on Hyllie Boulevard in Malmo, the €32.6m (SEK 350m) scheme will comprise approximately 8,000m² of lettable space. The construction work is expected to commence in September, with the occupancy scheduled for spring 2021. The property will be certified according to the Well Building Standard, as well as receive LEED Gold. The latest tenant joining the scheme is the workspace rental company Quick Office. It will occupy 3,148m² and plans to establish co-working areas, as well as conference rooms, a restaurant, a cafe and a reception area. Quick Office will gain access to their premises in April 2021.

“Eden is no ordinary office building. The objective is to put people at the centre and create a variety of well-planned environments, smart digital solutions and first-class services that, in symbiosis with Eden's tenants, will enhance both productivity and wellbeing,” said Ulrica Sjosward, Regional Manager at Kungsleden.

“We already have a very good collaboration with Kungsleden and look forward to being part of the development of the Symbiotic Building concept. Service, comfort, calm working environments and an efficient everyday life with people and wellbeing in focus are the cornerstones of our concept,” said Niklas Lenart, Quick Office's founder and CEO.
