On 1 November 2006, Kungsleden divested a holding of 172 properties which Keops A/S acquired in accordance with an earlier agreement announced in June. The value of the property holding amounts to €630 million (SEK 6.3 billion), SEK 1,170 million above book value at the contract date and SEK 1,470 million above acquisition value.
The final trade net will be disclosed during the fourth quarter of 2006, and is expected to amount to approximately €54 million (SEK 550 million), including the value changes until the third quarter of 2006.
