Swedish property company Kungsleden AB acquires a property portfolio of eleven properties situated in Karlskoga and one property in Stockholm. The purchase price amounts to approximately €15 million (MSEK 131) with an estimated property yield of approximately 9%.
The properties have a total lettable area of 32,000 m², of which 63% are industry/warehouse, with a rental value of approximately €2 million (MSEK 18).
Possession changes hands on 31 May 2006.
