Kungsleden AB acquires, from a number of private persons, five properties in Årsta wholesale trade area for €14.76 million including transaction costs.The properties lettable area amounts to 12.000 m², mainly stock-/logisticsareas with a rental value of €1.5 million.
The yield based on the purchase price is calculated at approximately 7,5%. Possession changes hands on 30 June 2006.
