KPMG to lease up to 10,000 m² in Gdanski Business Center office building, Warsaw (PL)

KPMG will lease up to 10,000 m² of office space in the Gdański Business Center office building in Warsaw. The Warsaw office is one of seven KPMG locations in Poland along with Gdańsk, Łódź, Katowice, Kraków, Poznań and Wrocław. Jones Lang LaSalle experts represented the tenant in the process of new location search and lease agreement negotiations.

Gdański Business Center is characterized by its excellent location - on the corner of Andersa and Inflancka Street, next to Dworzec Gdański subway and railway station and public transport stops as well as its proximity to Gdański Bridge which allows for fast connection with the city’s right bank. The complex will comprise two buildings with a total leasable space of 47,000 m². The building’s amenities will include a car park for 430 vehicles available to tenants. The Gdański Business Center office building was designed in accordance with BREEAM certification guidelines. The project’s investor is HB Reavis.

The popularity Gdański Business Center enjoys among tenants further confirms the Dworzec Gdański area's reputation as one of Warsaw's up - and - coming office destinations.

Karol Patynowski, Senior Consultant, Tenant Representation, Jones Lang LaSalle, commented: "The main assets of the Dworzec Gdański area are excellent access to public transport, a well-developed road infrastructure as well as being in close proximity to the Arkadia shopping and entertainment center and the Ibis hotel. Furthermore, residential projects under construction or investment planned for the area, will further foster urban tissue development in this part of Warsaw. Thanks to these assets, the Dworzec Gdański area is proving to be an interesting alternative to other more established Warsaw office destinations”.

Gdański Business Center will be commissioned for use in 2014. KPMG will move into the new office in H2 2015.
