Knight Frank opens Cambodia office

Knight Frank announces that it has opened a full-service office in Cambodia, South East Asia, as it continues its global growth strategy.

Located in the capital city of Phnom Penh, Knight Frank will provide full global real estate consultancy services including: valuations, research consultancy, investment sales, agency and project marketing, asset and facilities management, development consultancy, corporate real estate and global tenant solutions.

The office will be led by Eric Y H Ooi, chairman, Knight Frank Cambodia, with Sarkunan Subramaniam, director and Keith Ooi, country head. Two managers have also been appointed: Teh Young Khean and Sorn Seap.

Knight Frank's Asia Pacific business consists of 39 offices in eleven countries and employs more than 2,000 staff. The office opening is in response to global client demand.
