City Centre Holdings has announced the sale of the Kliwer building in the Mokotow district of Warsaw to Habiteos, a Spanish property company. The reported sale price was USD 20,150,000 (approx. €12.6 mln.), which represents a 6.25% initial yield.

The Kliwer office building is located in Mokotow district at Bukowinska street close to the corner of Pulawska St. and al. Niepodleglosci St. The building is located within a 10-minutes drive time from the airport and from the city center of Warsaw. The building, developed in 2004, comprises twelve stories of rentable area (6,300 m²) equipped with state-of-the-art telecommunications and safety systems.
