Kings Street Retail acquires Galeria Leszno (PL)

Street Retail acquired Galeria Leszno, a 32,500 m² shopping centre located in the western city of Leszno from Energoutech 1, a private Polish investor.

King's Street Retail, Blackstone's retail platform in Poland, is a collection of high quality shopping centers including: Magnolia Park in Wrocùaw, Galeria Twierdza in Kùodzko, Galeria Twierdza in Zamoúã, Galeria Pestka in Poznañ, Wzorcownia in Wùocùawek, Galeria Tæcza in Kalisz and the newly acquired Galeria Leszno. The combined GLA of the portfolio is over 240,000 m².

Galeria Leszno is conveniently located in the southern part of Leszno, right on the Wrocùaw – Poznañ route. Opened in May 2011, the shopping center is almost fully leased and offers a vibrant mix of renowned Polish and international brands including: H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Stradivarius, DEICHMANN, SMYK, Douglas, Rossmann, Media Expert, Empik, and many others. The center is anchored by Intermarché supermarket and Praktiker DIY store. In addition, Galeria Leszno offers various entertainment and leisure facilities, including coffee shops, restaurants, fitness club and Cinema 3D, the first multi-screen cinema in town, which opened in December 2012.

Master Management Group, a leading retail property manager, leasing agent and developer in Poland, will provide leasing and property management for Galeria Leszno.
