Kielo, managed by Brunswick Real Estate, has acquired a 53,000m² office portfolio situated in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area for an undisclosed amount. The vendor is NIAM.
The portfolio features three assets situated in Vantaankoski, Herttoniemi and Leppavaara. All buildings are modern offices constructed between 1991 and 2013 and are nearly fully let to more than 40 tenants. The transaction is Kielo’s fifth acquisition since the company was established by Brunswick Real Estate in October 2017.
