Key management changes at Jones Lang LaSalle, Russia (RU)

Jones Lang LaSalle announced that as an integral part of its current strategic investment programme planned for its business in Russia & CIS, Michael Lange will become Chairman. He will be succeeded by Mark Jagger, who will become the new Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, Russia & CIS. Vladimir Pinaev also steps up to join the firms Executive Management Board.

Mark Jagger will be relocating from the UK, where he has been responsible for leading the firms Manchester office, one of the fastest growing areas of our business for the past three years. He has been with the firm 17 years and has extensive international experience having worked across Europe and North America. He has specialist knowledge of international corporate occupiers and proven business management expertise.

Michael Lange was the founding partner of Jones Lang LaSalle in Moscow during the early 90s and he and his team have created a tremendous platform for Jones Lang LaSalle in Russia & CIS. Michael has extensive experience in capital markets, corporate finance, strategic consulting and has been a driving force behind Moscows growth in the office, retail and industrial sectors.

Vladimir Pinaev has been with the company for the last decade. He leads our Owner & Occupier Services business andhas also been instrumental in the ongoing development and integration of the Capital Markets and Strategic Consulting businesses in Moscow.

Alastair Hughes, CEO Europe said: "Our business in Russia is one of our most rapidly growing markets in the world. Over the last 10 years Michael Lange and his team have shaped our business into a significant revenue generator, employing 170 people. Going forward, we plan to increase our headcount to 200 people and double revenue within two to three years and have therefore decided to expand the senior management team in Russia and CIS, to help achieve this."

Jones Lang LaSalle was the real estate pioneer in Russia and we have the dominant market share, which we fully intend to invest in and grow. Marks brief will be to work alongside Michael building on the successes that he and his team have put in place over the last 10 years. This will allow Michael to focus on business strategy as well as business development and managing our core client relationships, which are central to our growth aspirations.

With Mark's arrival in Russia, the firm has also taken the opportunity to reshape its Management Executive board, which will now consist of Michael Lange (Chairman Russia & CIS), Mark Jagger (Managing Director Russia & CIS), Vladimir Pinaev (Managing Director Owner & Occupier Services).
