KD Funds and Peakside Capital acquire Ljubljana office building for €12.7m (SI)

KD Adriatic Value Fund, managed by KD Funds, in partnership with Peakside Capital, has acquired the south tower of the Stekleni dvor office complex for €12.7m. Situated on Dunajska street in the Bezigrad district of northern Ljubljana, Stekleni dvor comprises two separate office buildings connected by a joint underground car park. The south tower provides 8,700m² of leasable space over the ground, mezzanine and eight floors together with a three-level underground car park. The anchor tenant in the property is Addiko BankThe transaction represents the fund’s second investment in Ljubljana, following the €13m purchase of Tivoli Center, which closed in April.
