Kames Capital awarded £85 million indirect property mandate (UK)

Kames Capital has been awarded an £85 million (approx. €100 million) indirect property mandate by the Kelda Group Pension Plan.

The mandate is part of the £1 billion Kelda Group Pension Plan, which is advised by Hymans Robertson. It will be transferred from Aviva to Kames Capital with effect from April 30.

The mandate will be managed by Kames indirect property team, led by Mark Bunney, which joined the business last year from ING REIM.

Bunney says: ‘We are obviously delighted to be awarded this mandate by Kelda and look forward to working closely with them on the management of these monies.’
