JPMorgan has announced that it made senior hires in its French and Italian real estate structured finance business, further strengthening its origination and execution platform in Europe.
Jon Rickert, head of European real estate structured finance at JPMorgan said: "We are delivering our growth strategy set last year and continue to enhance the footprint of our European property finance business. Our new hires will serve the French and Italian markets that re expected to grow in next few years, delivering JPMorgan's unparalleled service and product expertise to local clients".
Christophe Ben Naceur joined as an executive director and will lead JPMorgan's property finance efforts in France. He will be responsible for delivering structured finance solutions for real estate investments to local clients. Mr. Ben Naceur joins from ABN Amro where he was head of real estate finance for France and Belgium. Prior to that he worked for Societe Generale and Royal Bank of Scotland. He has more than 10 years experience of the real estate sector.
Damien Giguet joined the French real estate structured finance team as a vice president. He has 10 years of experience in the real estate finance sector. He joins from ABN Amro and was previously head of financing for continental Europe for LaSalle Investment Management.
Mr. Ben Naceur and Mr. Giguet will be based in Paris and report to Emmanuel Verhoosel, head of real estate structured finance for France, Benelux and Iberia.
Massimo Cecchi joined in September as an executive director to lead the firm's real estate structured finance efforts in Italy. Mr. Cecchi has more than 17 years experience of the financial, real estate and property finance sectors. He joins from ABN Amro where he was responsible for the Italian structured real estate capital team. Prior to that he served as a director at Banca Intesa Structured Finance - Real Estate. Mr. Cecchi will be based in Milan and report to Mr. Rickert
Luigi Aiello joins the Italian real estate structured finance team as a vice president. He has 6 years of experience in the real estate finance sector. He joins from ABN Amro. Prior to that he was a vice president in the real estate finance team at Societe Generale. Mr. Aiello will be based in Milan and report to Mr. Cecchi.
