JPMorgan Asset Management - Real Estate is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Linea building in La Défense, Paris, from Telecom Italia. The Linea located on rue du Général Leclerc in Puteaux, La Défense, provides approximately 16,000 m² of office space, including a canteen and 186 parking spaces. The building is currently 80% leased and is the former headquarter of Olivetti in France.
JPMorgans advisers were S2i Expert Asset Management (P. Sicot and A. Sicot), the law firm Lacourte-Balas & Associés (F. Thomé) and tax lawyers CMS BFL (J-Y. Charriau). The senior loan financing was provided by Societe Generale (J-M. Fleury). Telecom Italia was advised by CB Richard Ellis, the law firm Freshfields (P. Schmitz) and the notary firm Nony, Lavigne, Roux (F. Roux).
