Jones Lang LaSalle to bring retailers to Odessa (UA)

A new shopping and entertainment center is set to open in Odessa on Promyshlennaya Street. Jones Lang LaSalle is the exclusive lease consultant for the project.

The planned opening date of the project is Q3 2013.



The new shopping and entertainment center has a total area of 56,000 m² and will be located five minutes' drive from the city central railroad station and 15 minutes' drive from the city center.

According to the concept of the complex, the hypermarket, white and brown goods supermarket, children's entertainment area, cinema, food court, restaurants and shopping gallery will take up 43,000 m² GLA and will be located in the shopping center.

The planned opening date of the project is Q3 2013. Currently, the Jones Lang LaSalle retail team is conducting negotiations with anchor tenants of the project.

The developer of the shopping and entertainment center is BFG Group of companies, the architectural concept is designed by Chapman Taylor.
