Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as the Property Manager for OZ MALL in Krasnodar. OZ MALL is one of the largest Shopping and Entertainment Centres in Europe with a total area of approximately 212,000 m² and a GLA of 165,000 m² situated on a land plot of about 46 hectares. In the current first stage of the project the anchors OBI, KIKA and O`key are already operating. Decathlon is soon to follow with a scheduled opening in September of this year. The last stage is expected to open in March 2011.

The developer is AIM Property Development, which is planning to invest further in shopping centers in Russia.
