Polish retailer Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja S.A. (JMD) has signed lease agreement with PointPark Properties (P3) to rent an additional 20,578 m² at DC3 at PointPark Mszczonow, P3's logistic park located near Warsaw.
"We're happy to sign this agreement, which confirms and extends our partnership with Jeronimo Martins Dystrybucja," says Andrzej Wronski, Head of Asset & Property Management P3 Poland.
"The company is continually growing, and we're in an ideal position to offer them all the required services," adds Wronski.
JMD is the owner of Poland's largest retail chain - Biedronka, which currently manages 1,750 stores and nine modern distribution centers. The storages are located all over the Poland in 750 large and small cities, offering high quality food products, groceries and household goods.
Biedronka is a leader in the retail trade market in Poland with the highest preference indicator among customers amounting to 58% (PBS DGA). The Biedronka brand is one of the most popular and most valuable Polish brands winning the prestigious 'Superbrands' title three times. JMD was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Kostrzyn, Poland.
