In a deal with AFA Sjukförsäkringsaktiebolag, JM sells the property Barnängen 6 in Stockholm. The selling price totals SEK 303 million (approx. €32m). At the same time, in a deal with a local tenant-owner co-operative, JM also sells the property Minören 1 in Vaxholm. The selling price totals SEK 78 million (approx. €9m).
The two deals provide JM with a capital gain of SEK 50 million (approx. 5m). This result will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2005. Payment will be available in the fourth quarter of 2005.
