Jones Lang LaSalle has announced its reappointment as UBS's real-estate adviser for the firm's North East and South West Europe region.

This covers 27 countries including Austria, Germany, Greece, Bahrain, Channel Islands, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Lebanon, the Netherlands, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Spain, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sweden, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Tom Bayne-Jardine, Lead Director for Corporate Solutions UK, at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: "We are delighted to continue our partnership with UBS as this is both a premier strategic alliance for Jones Lang LaSalle and our longest standing occupier client in the EMEA region.

"An account of this size requires an extended team drawn from multiple specialist areas across Jones Lang LaSalle. Our ability to retain the account was due to the team's knowledge of the client and the results we have helped deliver across their North East Europe portfolio."

UBS saw Jones Lang LaSalle's key strengths to be a proven team, who had demonstrated success and who were committed to a Transformation Program to continue to develop the relationship and help drive further efficiency in the Bank's portfolio
