Jones Lang LaSalle announces that an oil major has become the anchor tenant for the first stage of Western Gate Business Park with about 50,000 m² of leased office accommodation. This is the biggest deal in the history of Russian commercial real estate market. Another tenant at the Western Gate Business Park is Philips with 7,000 m² of leased office accommodation.
All lease contracts for 100% of first stage office space were signed nine months before the official opening of the Business Park scheduled for March 2009.
Western Gate Business Park is located in Belovezhskaya Street, not far from the intersection of Moscow Ring Road and Mozhayskoe Highway. The Business Park includes three buildings with a total floor area of 64,000 m². It is developed by Centurion Group known for such projects as Europark mall, Yekaterinovka gated community and others.
Jones Lang LaSalle is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for Western Gate Business Park.
Work is currently underway on the second stage of the Western Gate II project with a total floor area of 120,000 m², to be completed by Quarter 2, 2010.
